Major Function:


Build and strengthen relationships with First Point Private Banking Clients by providing concierge level banking service, financial education and social opportunities, along with a special package of Personal Banking services to high net worth clients.

Essential Duties:


  • Provide concierge-level service to Private Banking clients for various financial needs.
  • Provide weekly banking services to local retirement communities.
  • Collaborate with the Private Banking team to identify and implement educational and social opportunities for First Point clients, some of which may be outside of regular business hours.
  • Execute retention and prospecting program to maintain consistent contact with current and potential Private Banking clients, including on-boarding new private banking clients.
  • Generate leads for First Point Wealth Management as well as all other areas of the Bank.
  • Manage client profiles and utilize CRM for activity tracking.
  • Actively participate in networking functions (Chambers of Commerce events, Non-Profit boards and committees, etc.) to promote the Bank and our services.
  • Develop relationships with CPAs, attorneys, and real estate brokers for estate planning, mortgage and commercial loan referrals to the Bank.
  • Work closely with Marketing to provide content for quarterly newsletter and coordinate Private Banking client correspondence.
  • Develop and coach the Private Banking Assistant.
  • Exemplify our core values through innovation, creativity, teamwork and diversity to enhance the Private Banking program.
  • Assist other employees, departments and branches to promote teamwork and excellent communication.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of financial or related experience preferred.
  • Experience in business development, growth and retention strategies and planning preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Basic computer literacy with knowledge of computer software (i.e. Microsoft Windows Operating System and Office applications).
  • Well organized, accurate and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
  • Ability to work independently or in team environment.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical decision-making and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Travel between locations may be required.

Regular Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
